This location was clean and the precautions taken by the business and staff were great. I had a pedicure and basic manicure. My technician, Misty, did a great job and listened to what I wanted. It was tranquil. I read books on my phone, so I had to make sure and not nod off and drop my phone in the water😆.

Very very rude manager. I walked in and asked for my eyebrows to be waxed. Then I showed the guy a picture of what I have had done before. He immediately without calling a wax specialist said “no”. I said why? He said that’s too hard, I said so how can you tell me what someone else can do to my own eyebrows? You did not ask anyone, and moreso you did not look at my face to see what needed to be done. I need them to shape and clean it up, less waxing. He says this is my store, I’m saying no. I said you will never receive good service with your horrible attitude and discrimination. He was dismissive, unwilling & immediately judgmental. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE

My mother-in-law and I had a wonderful experience at this nail spa. They have great customer service, even to the last hour of their day. Thank you Vickie for your help and your amazing work. Happy holidays, and I will see y’all next year! 😊

I went last minute after an eye exam and vikky took me in quickly. She even offered to do my eyebrows as my nails soaked and at a good price ! I had horrible press on nails and was so embarrassed they were terrible. She helped me without making me feel terrible. She did an amazing job took her time and gave me the cutes valentine stiletto nails. Her and Micheal were down to earth and friendly didn’t make me feel rushed as Micheal offered me a drink and some hot Cheetos. It felt really relaxed & at home even though it was my first time 😍 will be coming back !!
