I just moved to town and I am in search of a new nail salon to call home. I saw this salon when I went to stop and shop in the same shopping center. I needed a quick eyebrow wax, and ran in. The woman who helped me was friendly, but that was not my issue. She did a nice job on my eyebrows, but when she was done, she slathered wax on my upper and lower lip, because she said I needed it. I did not ask for a lip wax. I can not appreciate the pushiness. Even though, I felt like I should not have paid for the lip wax, I am not the type of customer to make a big deal. I paid and left it alone. Fast forward a few days, and I have broken out along my eyebrows and on my lip where she waxed. I have been getting waxed for years, and have never broken out. I will not be returning.

BEWARE!!!! The worst customer service experience I've had. I tried to give them a chance three times. But all 3 times the owner got into fights with customers about money. The last time I went to this shop the owner Kevin got in my face over a price discrepancy. (Mind you I previously verified twice the cost of the service). I called the police to make a complaint. Enough is enough with his arguing, fighting, and getting up in womens faces. He is terrible- and other customers were in agreement praising me for standing up to him.

Customer service is horrible. And mindy the pedi lady is absolutely horrible with a nasty attitude. I will NEVER come back👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Went and had a full set and eye lash extensions put on on a Tuesday. Immediately after getting lashes they were burning my eyes . She attached them to under my eyelid! I never heard of that being done before! 3 days later two nails already popped off so I called Kevin to rectify the situation. He told me to come in and he would fix the nails and give a refund for the lashes + take them off. When I arrived it was a different story ! Long story short don’t go there the nails don’t last and if you have a issue with their service they don’t care so many quality places for less ! I would only trust them to clean my feet and eyebrows!
