I'm not happy with the poor service that I received. The employee clipped my cuticles although I asked her not to. She also rushed through my nails; and the polish on a few of my nails dried clumpy. I also bumped one of my nails on the dryer. Another employee caked more polish on top to supposedly "fix" my nails; but afterwards they looked even worse. I think the polish was old; although they swore it was not. They wanted to charge me more money to fix them the right way; so I ended up asking them to just remove the polish altogether and I am redoing it myself.
