I was desperate to get my nails done the other day and this was the only place open so despite all of the negative reviews I decided to go. I’m so glad I did!! They took me as a walk in and did an excellent job! Willow did my mani and pedi and she was very fast but super meticulous. I’ve gone to places where the gel starts to chip after a couple days. It’s been almost two weeks and not a single chip anywhere! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I think they could work on their overall cleanliness a little bit. I will say I didn’t experience any of the issues other people did and I would 100% go back.

He immediately rushed me when a regular showed up. Nice for them... not for my full set... he didn't apply any oil resulting in DRY cuticle area and a crooked nail as well... then became irritated with me as he ushered me rapidly out of the chair toward the drying area and I had to grab my keys (because he didn't - like most courteous technicians do for you) and smudged a nail that he made someone else fix!
Never again. My $28 will be spent elsewhere.

Terrible terrible terrible. DO NOT GO HERE. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude (I believe she may own the place too). This is my first negative review...ever. I called 40 mins before closing and asked if I could come in in 10 mins to get a nail fixed. Just one nail. I left home, drove there, and arrived 10 minutes later to be told they were closed. She literally walked away mid-sentence as I was explaining I had just called 10 minutes ago. Awful customer service, no professionalism, no politeness, just plain rude. The door was open with the OPEN sign and everything. I told her she should never have told me to come in if she was just going to turn me away! So disappointing. I’ve been going to Angel Tips for a while but always left dissatisfied with the service and let down by the quality. Needless to say, I will never go back again. Never mind about being polite or courteous, they do not even treat customers as humans.

Just went here for the first time despite bad reviews because my friends have recommended it! And I love it, got French mani, Willow did it fast but perfect! Very friendly and cheaper than other places ! Coming back for the pedi tomorrow!

These Chinese people are prejudiced if you are black or hispanic .They .Over charge you and they dont do a good job plus there sanitizing method is really bad i wouldn't recommend them to anyone
