The owner is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in a business. I have gone to this salon for over 10 years and have always seen the same stylist. Sadly, my stylist passed away. I have since used another stylist and she was great. However, when I was checked out I noticed the charge was a lot more than I have been paying with my previous stylist. I asked the receptionist about it and she advised me to contact the owner. I left my information for owner to call me back and advise me about why it was much more expensive. I never heard back from her so eventually I called back and spoke to her about it and she said that my stylist might have been giving me a discount. She went on to say this is what we charge and she understands if I want to go some where else. I was ok with this and this is not why I am upset. Since this incident I have received a gift card for this place for Christmas. They rarely answer they phones and when you leave a message they never call back. I had left a couple of messages for someone to call me back to make an appointment. I never received a call so I called again and was told only one stylist can do highlights. She does not work the hours I can get my hair done. So finally after a lot of frustration I asked the receptionist if I could get money back and give them back the gift card. She put me on hold and says the owner says no. I asked to speak with the owner so I could explain why I wanted to do this which was because I could not get an appointment, hours of stylist didn't match mine, etc. She gets on so rude and has the nerve to say "you are always calling up here complaining about something and I am not in the mood today." I was furious to be treated this way after being a long time client. I told her that she was incorrect and asked what was I suppose to do with a gift card and no one to do my hair. Long story short I can't get an appt. until March 31 and that is squeezing me in! Ever since my stylist passed away this place has gone down hill. The owner doesn't care if she loses clients and has actually said this before. What sort of salon has one stylist that can do highlights? Steer clear of this place until you want to be treated like crap and not have your needs met (that you are paying for). I will NEVER go back here again once I use this gift card!!!!!
