Hon is just wonderful and awesome. Friendly place very clean. Comfortable chairs. Service always with a smile. Love this shop.

Didn't like them at all. Went in to get gel nails. $35.00. Price wasn't the problem. When she glued the nails on then started to put on the color I asked her if she should do the manicure first. She replied a manicure was an additional $25.00. I believe I will go back to Tracy for my nails!

I have gone here many times with both family and friends for a pedicure and have been totally satisfied with the service. As a matter of fact, I prefered this salon. Today I decided to treat myself to a manicure along with pedicure. BIG MISTAKE! I was worked on for both services at the same time which left me unable to sit back and relax to enjoy pedicure. Neither of the girls spoke English and when I made requests none were followed (I don't have a problem with that but still understand the basic words of your trade or have someone close by to ask if you dont). When she checked polish it was extremely old so then she tried to upsell me to more expensive gel polish, when I declined she microwaved polish and then added acetone. When I asked if I should chose another color she stated it was fine. When I arrived home I really noticed what a bad paint job I had so I returned to salon to request re paint. I was not treated with courtesy AT ALL. They actually said (in English) it's easy to smudge. I agree but nail polish on the sides of 4 out of 5 fingers on my left hand and spots of polish halfway down my pinky finger and the inside middle finger were not made by me smudging it. If I had been treating courtiously upon my return I wouldn't even be posting this. Hence, I will not return and if you do....check your polish carefully🙁

crazy how a nail shop can be so bad at doing nails. my nails were lumpy & uneven, the shape was horrible, & they barely had any colors to choose from so my nails were not cute. i don’t recommend this place at all if you want quality nails. im very dissatisfied

Great place, clean and comfy, very relaxing , and will be going back.
