Brittani Is Outstanding!!! I just got my hair cut, conditioned & styled by Brittani at Regis and I am speechless! She has an incredible feel for her customer's needs and makes top-notch suggestions to bring out their best! She used a conditioner also and that is well worth it! This haircut is without a doubt the BEST EVER and she is incredibly gifted! Thank you, Regis, for hiring such a talented stylist! She was recommended to me by an acquaintance, Deanna, and she is all that and more! Thanks, Deanna & Brittani - you really are a shining star!

The stylists are typically new and/or bad. The upside is that the lack of business means they always have room for walk-ins.

Went to the salon today with my mom. We moved here about a year ago from Az. So we havent had our hair done since then because of the fact that we couldnt find anyone. But we went to Regis today cause it was needed. I had my hair done by Jerrika (not sure how to spell) but she did awesome. My hair looks so much better, she was professional and knew what she was doing. She cut it nicely and asked if i wanted anything different before she blow dryed. Then dryed and asked to style which she curled. I am very pleased with her work. On the other hand. My mom had her hair done by Tricia...she asked what my mom wanted...which was a small trim and layers. She was washing her hair and left my mom sitting there and took a phone call. She was also pretty rough with my moms head. Then she went onto cutting....lets just say that by the end my mom told her no layers and almost walked out in tears. Her hair is 3-4 in shorter and uneven!!! Tricia didnt ask if my mom wanted it styled or anything. She did a straight across cut. Which is not what my mom wanted. To say the least Tricia is scissor happy and doesnt know how to do hair. My hair looked worse with split ends than my moms when we came in. I got 2 inches cut off and my mom got flippen 4....what in the world!? Now Jerrika, if she wouldve done mine and my moms hair it wouldve been awesome. She was great! Also super nice! But Tricia shouldnt be able to touch a pair of scissors. THANK YOU JERRIKA FOR THE AWESOME HAIR!!!!

Blonde, bigger woman was late for my moms appointment and was dressed in her pajamas. She did not do what my mom asked of her and payed full price for half the color she requested.

Worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Got charged over a hundred dollars for an incomplete dye and highlights. The back of my fiance's hair didn't even get touched with dye or highlights. I asked for a zero fade and keep the crown. And all my hair got wacked to a size one with the clippers and it's not lined up in the back wortha crap. Not very satisfied especially for the price we paid!!! Will not be returning ever. The lady needs to be a lil more professional if they are charging that kinda money. It was to late to say anything about my hair because well she done cut it so I went on like I was OK with it just so I didn't ruin her day. But I will never consider going back there again. The sad part is, that we both showed her pictures, a picture from the side, the back and the front of exactly what we wanted done, she completely ignored them and just did what ever she wanted. Didn't consider what we actually wanted what so ever. My fiance is satisfied with her cut and dye cause she has had the same cut and color for over a year but still that's not the point. We went in there with very detailed pictures of what we wanted done and how we wanted our cuts. The lady didn't do nothing remotely close to what either one of us wanted. And she even told me she had 16 years experience in the salon!!!! Idk what experience she was talking about but she by no means should consider her self professional. I'm very pissed about my experience there. I'm just gonna stop my rant here.
