Susan did the most amazing job on my nails. She took her time... even stayed open an hour late to work on mine... then finished my sisters. She never rushed and took her time!!! My nails look amazing!!!!!!! I feel like a celebrity!!!

Appointment times mean nothing. I called ahead and set up an appointment at 6pm. I got to my appointment at 5:50pm. I was not greeted when walking in or asked if I had appointment, but they were with other clients so I patiently waited until 6:15. At 6:15 I was asked what I needed done. I explained I had an appointment at 6 to get acrylic nails. Then at 6:20 the staff member that was almost done with the client they were working on and starts asking someone else what he can get start for them. At that point I say again “I had an appointment at 6 and I have to be somewhere at 7:30. Should I reschedule or will it be okay?” I was reassured I would be done in time. At 6:30 a staff member is finally ready to get me in and I, again, ask to make sure I will be done in time. At that point both people I have talked to now start saying “well we probably don’t have time” “what you want takes longer” “we are busy”. I am usually more than happy to wait but I scheduled an appointment for a reason. Had I not been told on the phone I would get in at 6, I would have came much earlier to make sure I could wait the hour+ it seems to take to get in. Had I not been told I would get done in time after asking twice, I would not have waited around for 30 minutes just to be told they don’t have time for me.

We arrived 15 minutes early to choose our colors for our appointment. Once we chose our colors we had to wait an extra 45 minutes until she started our nails. They didn’t have the colors that we chose, I asked for a periwinkle, I got a light blue. My friend chose a color that matched her prom dress, she didn’t get her color either. Then when she started my nails she took a 10 minute break to eat, once my appointment had already started. My nails are very uneven, they still look good but it’s a little disappointing. She also said I can’t have coffin shaped because the nails are too short, they aren’t but it’s okay I guess. They are really nice and clean but I wouldn’t go here if you want it made exactly how you are planning to, and if you are in a rush.

Horrible. My daughter wanted ombre and they had a picture advertising for this place. The one tech that could do that was on vacation. We are new to the area so... we waited the guy said it would be an hour to wait but, my mom and daughter waited for 2 hours before they were worked on. Then ONE day later my daughter's pinky nail CAME OFF!!! My mom got a pedicure and manicure with gel on her nails and regual polish on her toes, they charged her 60 bucks ...they then charged 70 bucks for my daughter she got a full set and pedicure. Over priced and poor quality.

They did not have colors to match gel for your toes. The sixth color I chose finally had a match. She did a sloppy job getting polish under my nails in some spots and told me it was to make it last longer. It was simply spilled under with bright red in some places. When I questioned it she told me I don’t understand how gel works. This was my second worst experience ever. She did have good English but was not professional and they don’t have colors. I should have known when it wasn’t busy. I thought I was just lucky.
