My husband has bought me a gift card for this place for the last 2 yrs for Christmas. I love getting my nails done. I have 4 KIDS and I don't get out much. So last night I went to get my nails and eyebrows done. I wanted solar because to me it is smooth and seamless. They insisted on this new high dollar paint. I hate it. There are little bumps in it that shouldn't be there. And one of the nails is shaped wrong and lopsided, I'm not going to be able to stop messing with it. She also made my cuticles bleed and now my fingers hurt. I got my eyebrows done and that lady even though she couldn't understand a word I said was awesome. I spent $66 to have great eyebrows and crappy nails. And when I went to pay they insisted on a tip. "Do u want me to take your tip off the gift card or do u have cash"? Literally. I didn't want to argue. So I said take $5 off the gift card. There was no conversation during the whole visit. Which is one reason to find a babysitter and go out is to listen to people. There where like 6 other people getting their whatever done and it was so quit. I just feel like the little money my husband makes was wasted. I have $23 left. I guess I will use it to get my eyebrows done by the awesome eyebrow lady. But my husband needs to find a different place for my future Christmas presents. The 2 stars I gave was purely for the eyebrow lady. The stuck up kinda high school cheerleader lady with the hat on get 0 stars. Thanks for the crappy Christmas present!!! OH AND THEY NEED TO SLOW DOWN. RUSH RUSH RUSH!

This place had decent reviews so we gave it a shot. We tried three visits and each time was worse. We scheduled an appointment for two and called ahead for one. We always get the most expensive pedicure, primarily for the longer massage. (What a joke...) When we went for our anniversary in April, we arrived for our appointment. We were put in the chairs and assured it would only be a moment. It was 20 mins before my pedicure was started and 45 mins later, my pedicure was done and they had JUST started on my husband. They had to repaint my toes after ignoring me when I asked for gel polish. I won’t even go into detail with how rude they were about that. I should have known better then but options around here are limited. All three visits, we had to wait at least 15 mins before anyone even asked what we wanted. You can ask for the same pedicure each time and get something completely different (products, scents, etc) each time. I guess every tech does their own thing instead of following any kind of protocol. We had different techs every time we went. (That is six different people between the two of us.) At its best, we had a subpar pedi without injury. At its worst, our final trip, my husband was left with an awful burn on his leg from the hot stones and I received a whopping six minute massage when I was paying for a 20 minute massage. That massage consisted of the man grabbing my lower leg and just moving his hands up and down really fast between my knee and ankle. That’s it. For 6 minutes... Every tech was either too rough with the tools, etc or didn’t use any other than the pumice stone. The place is huge and well setup. They do have a sanitizing station. But that’s about where the pros stop for us. Will not be returning nor recommending.

I go to this plave everytime for my nails they do a great job and are very nice. Honestly they arent as chatty as I would like them to be when you sit in the chairs they are looking at the tv or are talking to the other workers. But other than that I love this place a lot.

Nice place.. They do a lot. Manicures, pedicures, etc. They are priced pretty reasonable. The staff is very professional and courteous.

Super helpful. Got my daughter's nails done for her 13th birthday. They were great!
