I’ve been going to Lee for my gel refill for almost a year now and love it at Nail Club. I’m always able to get an appointment and never have to wait when I arrive. The staff there is very friendly and seem to really care about how I’m doing. I often find it like catching up with friends during my appointments. The polish color selection is great and is laid out in a way which makes it easy to choose. I recommend Nail Club to everyone in the area.

This place is the worst! I’ve been there a few times and every time is the same! Horrible service, rushed and rude. The manager lee is so nasty. He blames the customer and refused to cut my cuticles when I got a gel fill! He said if I wanted that I would have to get a gel manicure! They are horrible. Never go there

I got ripped off!!!! Literally!!! My skin was ripped!!! I got my eyebrows done and the skin was ripped off of my eyelids!!! It was put way too far down on my eye, where hair does not even grow!!! By the time I got to my car it was burning with pain! I had to ice it and add ointment for days. I called to ask for a refund and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived I was given excuses and the mangers customer service was very poor. He finally agreed to give me $8 of the $11 I put out, and said if I wanted the tip back I needed to go talk to the technician myself who had a customer at the time. Not only should I have been given a full refund I should have been offered something more like a free mani pedi for the pain, inconvenience and scabs I have to wear on my eyes to work!!!! Do not visit this place!! There are far better and cleaner places nearby!!! Trust me!!!

i’ve come here a handful of times and every time i come i’m always waiting 30-40 minutes EVEN WHEN I’VE MADE AN APPOINTMENT. over it
