I have lived in Lake Country for 10 years. And I have tried this place probably five times. Each time I've been disappointed but since they are so close I've given them multiple chances. This last pedicure was horrible the designs on my toes looked like my 8 year old son did it. I asked her to remove the designs and just paint them. The technician was very un friendly. I usually go to Elite nails in Saginaw and they never disappoint. That day I just didn't feel like driving that far. Never will I stray again!

WORST Mani Pedi ever! I almost walked out when the owner, 3' away from me, instructed her workers to always up sell the gel manicure. Pisses me off when they talk about their clients in another language. Communication is more than just verbal. I stayed because it was 4th of July holiday. One week later I still have 8 diagonal slits under one foot which resemble shark gills from a botched pedicure. Had to have someone instruct the manicurist to do a top coat and cure under the light after she filed my nails after having wiped off the final film in a gel manicure. Had to explain that she had broken the seal on the nail by filing!0 Of course this led to more chatter. Anyone knows you can't file the nail once the manicure is complete or you've just ruined it! It will peel in a matter of days. What I'm most mad about is that I still smiled, thanked them for working the holiday, and tipped. This review is the least I can do! The gel manicure is the thickest, ugliest, bubble nail look that I have ever seen.

Do not come here! We're done. One daughter's nails look awful after the person kept switching between two people. My other daughter has several nic cuts on her fingers. Colors are limited. Salon is not very clean. Not worth the money at all

I've been coming here for several months now . Just moved to the area and all . I LOVE THIS PLACE !!!! They really take care of you and my nails and toes always look amazing ! Beautiful quality for sure . The prices are pretty good too . Love their legs massages as well !!! Like I said , I love this place . Sure happy costumer 😊

Waited way to long, and the lady doing my pedicure took half my skin off my toes, does not know how to take ingrown toenails out, bad paint job, overall will never go back!
