The best beauty academy training center, high-quality lessons and nice staff, helpful people and friendly boss, free lovely lunch when I took the training program before the exam. Passed both exams without any doubt since the training program was really really professional. Highly recommend!

The level of disrespect I experienced from this place is absolutely disgusting. The Korean owner is absolutely disrespectful to all the test takers there. She looks down upon everyone and makes rude comments throughout the entire exam. If someone couldn't speak English she would treat them like trash. I'm just so confused as to why she treats others with no respect when everyone is just there trying to make a living. Everyone has to start somewhere and I don't know why she's acting like we're all trash during the exam.

The person who was instructing to the entire class so a bit rude in fact one student who didn't understand the makeup terminology gotten a lecture from the instructor. She had some rude yet disrespectful behavior and manner towards the class.

Took my practical exam here and had a truly horrible experience. On the day of exam I walked in and was not greeted at all. There two Korean examiners who looked at me and just kept talking in Korean. I assumed they were the teachers at this academy. During the exam they were very rude to me while nice to two others who were taking the same exam as me. I asked for explanations and got none, while another person there asked for explanations and the same examiner gave explanations to her in a good manner. So why was I being treated like trash? The two Korean examiners even had the nerve to speak Korean right next to me, so I'm assuming they were talking about me as they were looking at me while doing their trash talk. Perhaps they were racist towards me. I wish I had gotten the third examiner who was on the other side of the room. Suggestion to you all, don't come here, whether for an exam or beauty related. There are plenty of other places to go.
