I've been going to Thao for probably 5 years now, before she bought Pink Nails. I've never been disappointed, never had a nail failure, never a fungus. Thao is an artist as much as a nail tech and frequently does absurd requests by me (such as a Dolphin) freehand on two of my nails. I'd never go anywhere else. If you have a problem -- which has never happened to me, and you let her know, I'm sure she'd make it right. Do know that Thao recently bought the salon and is not the same owner as it was three or four years ago. Give her a try: You're going to be pleased!
