No prices posted. Once pedi started asked me which one but couldn’t tell me the differences except prices and that I had to have at least the 28$ one due to dry heels (not calluses). Had to request a controller for the massage chair, they took one from another (I enjoy the massage chair part of my pedicure). Overall manicure/pedicure look fine but not a place I’d return to. I didn’t see cleaning stations that I usually see at nail salons, so I’m not sure of their cleaning process. I agreed to the eyebrow wax and wasn’t offered a mirror afterwards, I was silly and didn’t check it out. That’s my fault but not my fault that they did a poor job and I will need to get this done again.
Overall, if desperate your nails will look better (eyebrows will not) but I will not be going back.

The owner is very nice and I love Nancy.. I've been going to this salon for 5 years at $80 a pop every 6-8weeks for manicure and pedicure..over the last 2 years the salon techs work has gone down hill..once again disappointed in Nails 2001

Very disappointed with their pedicure. They weren’t busy....yet, from start to finish there was NO actual process:
Step 1: Soak. Start with clean, polish-free nails. ...
Step 2: File. Remove your feet from the soak and, while they're still slightly wet, scrub both feet with a foot file, focusing on the rougher areas. ...
Step 3: Scrub. ... - not done ✅
Step 4: Shape. ... not done ✅
Step 5: Cuticles. ... not done ✅
Step 6: Polish. ... my 6 year would have got less on my toes!!!!! 😲😲😲
Step 7: Mint Condition~ another lady stepped in- yet went over the polish rather then fixing it-
My bill $23.00 spent unnecessarily. I had to redo my toes once getting home! 🤦🏽♀️
I do believe that they could have done better as the environment was clean however, the truth is NO -NOT everyone can actually do the services your paying for!
