Just had a pedicure with Mandy and it was amazing! She was awesome and we chatted the whole time. Also leaving 5 stars for the place because they employ individuals on the Autism spectrum which is freaking awesome. Professional, clean, and friendly!

HORRIBLE SERVICE WAIST OF MONEY THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS SMOKING OUTSIDE OF THEIR FACILITY IS DIRTY ON THE OUTSIDE THE STAFF ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND I DID NOT SEE MY RESULTS OF MY BOTOX/FILLERS WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND BE DISRESPECTED BY THEIR STAFF AND SMELL LIKE CIGARETTES BE MY GUEST BUT I GIVE IT ZERO STAR DON'T WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY THEY BOTCHED MY FRIEND AND DID NOT TOOK FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT DON'T ENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I would highly recommend Mary and her team at Advanced Aesthetics for anyone who is searching for a professional, safe, and trustworthy place for their cosmetic needs. Like most patients, I was a referred to Mary by many of my friends who were already happy clients. Mary and her staff offer many different services, but they never make me feel like I am being sold things I don’t need and only provide advice and guidance that are specific to my individual needs. I always know they are being sincere with anything they recommend and that is something I truly appreciate!

I received this promo from my friend about a month ago and called right away to schedule an appointment. The guy who answered the phone was very rude. He said this promo is not accepted if you currently have implants. First, nowhere on this flyer does it state that. Second, good luck finding a client in Vegas who does not have existing implants. I forwarded this flyer on to several of my friends and one of them was told this morning that the promo is over. There are no start and end dates listed on the flyer and it is JULY! This office sends out false advertising. I was convinced these are highly reputable surgeons. Too bad they don't know the business they're losing.

Thank you so much to Mary who kept me calm as I had my very first procedure done. She walked me through everything thoroughly and was patient with me. I will definitely keep coming back! Thank you also to the front desk staff who were very friendly and followed up to make sure everything was going well.
