This was my first visit to this salon. I went at noon on a Sunday and was glad to see they were open early. Walked in the door and they were already busy. I waited for a while, but thankfully it took a while to pick a color. I assumed if I got a manicure & pedicure, they could just charge me $5 extra for gel or dipped nails - don't assume that. You must pay for them separately, $26 for pedicure and $30 for nails. I had just asked if they could charge me a little extra for the gel nails and some how it looked as if I was causing a scene because they did not understand what I was asking. As I got home, I noticed nail polish all over my toes and some of my nails are missing polish. My toe nails are also not shaped or filed in anyway, the woman spent half her time looking up at other people than at my nails. And now a few days later I re-check the change I was given for my $26 pedicure and $5 is missing in the bundle that I had made. Will NEVER be back or EVER recommend to anyone when there are so many other places.

They used to be very good. Now they NEVER have enough people working. They are crowded and you wait a couple of hours for them to rush on the service you are paying for. When they take their time they do a good job. But on today they only had one person doing nails and four people doing pedicures. More techs needed!! There should never be a time on the weekend when they are crowded with only one person doing nails. I walked out and so did several others. If they are crowded don’t waste your time...you will not be satisfied!!!

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars.... Went in and waited 2 1/2 hrs to be serviced.. ( didn’t mind because it was a Thursday evening) When they finally got around to me, the woman didn’t look like she wanted to be there... She applied the nails crooked. I asked her if she could fix them and she acted as if she couldn’t understand me. The acrylic was applied way past my nail bed, onto my skin. The polish job was horrible. I had to go back the next day to get it fixed. Still looked awful. They broke within days of getting them done. Don’t waste your time or money....

A friend of mine gave me a coupon for a pedicure and manicure. It was for $32. Compared to what I had been paying, this was less than half the price. However, I must admit that I had been doing either the gel or the dip for my nails at other shops. The lady was pretty good, but a little too quick and less pampered for me. The shop was crowded. Within 10 minutes after arriving, all seats fo r pedicures were full. I thought upon arriving I had great timing. The young lady ran my water and removed my polish. She then went and stood near a booth. As I scanned the room and other chairs, there were two others with no one actually working on them. So, I did as anyone wanting to be pampered does, I sat back and enjoyed the massage chair. Awwwww!! If you are looking for a soothing, calm, immaculate shop, I would not recommend 4 Seasons. If you are looking for an okay pedicure at a pretty good price, I highly recommend them. The regular price was $38. Just my thoughts.

So, I went in there yesterday afternoon and I am very disappointed with the service I received. I asked for the regular pedicure and manicure which was supposed to cost $38 according to their website. The pedicure was fine and she seemed to do a good job, but when it came to the manicure, that's where things fell apart. I asked if I could do French tip shellac on my hands without the manicure since it had already been over an hour ($18 + $5). When she started to do the shaping of the tip, I had to ask her to fix them as they were extremely crooked and sloppy. She corrected it and they do look nice now, but she was sloppy with the top coat as it is all over the sides of my nails and was even on the tips of some of my fingers so when you put it in the UV light, it burned a little. I don't imagine I'll get a full 2 weeks of wear with these since it will be peeling up from where the top coat adhered to my skin. Also, let's talk about $. It was supposed to be $38 for a regular pedi and mani remember? I expected to pay extra for the shellac and french tips, but still...even if I paid separately for a regular pedicure ($26) and shellac with french tips ($23), it would have been $49. If I had gotten the manicure with my french shellac, it would have been $61! When all was said and done, she charged me $63 and I didn't get a manicure!!!! I was so flustered as I was going to be late for dinner that I didn't want to get into it with them. I won't be back unless it's to demand a partial refund for services NOT received.
