I’ve never paid for a basic pedicure and didn’t get a quick massage. They do not do a proper pedicure unless you pay way more for it. Which is stupid because I’m already paying $25 plus tip for basically nothing. I could’ve done it myself. The only thing I liked about my pedicure was the color I found to put on my nails. All I’m saying is literally any other place will give you a pedicure with a massage. I mean that’s the only reason we get them.

I would give it 0 stars, but its not an option. i have gotten acrylic ever since i was in high school. my nails never had an issue of breaking besides minor things, and absolutely never had the acrylic pull my nail off. i went into this place and i have had two nails break and pull a quarter of my nail off with it in under a week. the tech did my acrylic thin and uneven so im assuming thats why they broke. i will never return this location and will make sure all of my friends and family never return.

This place has terrible customer service which caused me to walk out. If I could give no stars I would. Don't go there and waste your time and money. Very poor service.

I started coming to Diamond Nails on East way about 5 or 6 months ago because my old nail tech had relocated. I start seeing Alex at the Diamond Nail shop and for the most part I was satisfied, in spite of the different charges that I was told. I spend $80 and up on every visit and that may or may not consist of a fill pedi, and nail design. Nonetheless, I'm charged that. I pay with no problem but it seems that since I'm no longer a newbie I get treated like a non paying, complaining customer. I told Alex that I wasn't pleased with his creativity, as far as, the design I was going for on July 5, 2017 and he wouldn't correct it, in fact he basically told me to leave and refused to accommodate me any further. Customer service and quality was not demostrated at all and I will never go back to Diamond Nails as long as Alex is there.
