I went to JD today after a horrible experience with pro nails another salon in town. JD was fast and very welcoming. I was treated like they wanted my business. The prices were very reasonable and my toes and nails look great. I will definitely be going there from now on and so will my daughter. Thank you for a great experience JD.

I went got a full set with a clear natural color but lady painted my whole nail that clear-ish pink color had to leave n go to pro nails to get my nails repainted..... waste of moneyyy!!!

Not only was my pedicure experience unenjoyable, uncomfortable, and unpleasant but she literally did my pedicure in 5min. Literally rushed through it. Did not even properly care for my feet. I've never in my life had such a experience while getting a pedi. Will never be going here again

I came in and was gracefully greeted by a man nail tech and I CLEARLY SAID THAT I WOULD LIKE A COLOR CHANGE AND MY TOES PAINTED BUT I ended up getting a full pedicure. But a woman did my nails and I asked if I should get a fill in and me a my friend decided that I wouldn't !!!! I told her maybe one more week with my old nails but she still put the acrylic on after I said JUST PAINT 3 TIMES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, I've had a full day of senior pic preparation so I almost forgot to hand my money over but they expected me to pay for her not listening and continuing to say ok !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No sir, no ma'am . I've always come here but this is my second time not being satisfied and pissed off! I will never ever come back to this nail salon bc it makes me look bad like I didn't tell the woman over and over. I am disappointed and embarrassed!!
