The nail tech's are very nice the work that they doI would rate it as a 8 however never go to the one further down MCR in the shopping center with the Beauty shop and Chinese restaurant and a Jamaican restaurant is yeah u know the one lol

Worst customer service ever. The owner was intimidated by a customer who was aggressive about not waiting. So she made me wait for eyebrows and and a manicure even though I was already there 45 minutes and finished my pedicure. The owner is unprofessional and does not staff properly. When I expressed I had to leave and that was poor business she told me the other women needed her mustache waxed so I had to wait for eyebrows 😳 the owner is truly an idiot. Even though this is a good location for me to go on saturdays, I will not be returning.

Been coming here awhile. The place is clean and staff is courteous. They always do a great job on my nails.

Went here multiple times and service got worse with each visit. The last straw was went I went to get a pedicure and decided to try their Massage for the first time. My shoulder was sore and I told my "masseuse" and requested a swedish massage which was very painful despite me telling her 3 separate times that she was kneeding too hard. The redemption was the hot stones, those actually felt good so I gave her a 10 tip then went to pay. I paid the short fat Asian lady and after I paid her stubby arse rolled her eyes and asked "u no go leahd tihp" my "masseuse" said something in Asian to her then she gave me a fake lol and said "oh dank u" Bad service the short fat one that runs the shop & collects money is very rude n disrespectful. I go to the one in farmingville next to stop and shop. They treat customers with respect, they speak English and they don't talk about u in asian
