Don’t waste your time nor money, horrible customer service and cheap products. Went there 1week ago to get my nails done, told the lady I needed SNS she did my nails; 4 days later my nails start to chip at the ends and start cracking, I returned to her she’s looked at my nail and said oh that’s why I don’t do SNS because it’s natural and thin, I say no your application was thin, she then say she will have to charge me to fix because she thinks I did something to my nail. I said lady I’ve been having SNS on my nails for 6mths now and never had this issue, once I did and I went back to my nail technician and he fixed it free of charge because he realized his application was too thin. This lady at Platinum Nail have no clue and she’s just money hungry, and rude. That’s why I don’t go to places like these but I was on that side of town and needed a nail shop on my way to where I was heading, but never again.She charge prices for quality products but gives u cheap service and product. Stay away! I highly recommend Allure nail bar and Nail Care Spa in Conyers, I’ll forgive give them my $$ quality service and quality product.

My Experience at this salon was wonderful. Yesterday I took time out to get a mani&pedi. I just moved I the area and this is the closest salon. Service was great! It was packed but the wait wasnt long. I have the best pedicure I've ever gotten for 20 bucks! They really take their time to do a great job and talks to you and tries to get to know you. I will most

When I first started going to this nail salon it was nice. They did nice work. On one occasion I went in and asked for gel full set nails. After one hand had the nails put on and stuff I looked down and saw acrylic on my nails. I told the tech, I told her gel nails no acrylic. Her reply, I can pay for one acrylic hand and one gel hand. I was beyond pissed because 1) I didn't get what I asked for. 2) I had to get acrylics nails since she messed up. She then proceeded to put gel polish on and charge me a lot for her mess up. Then she had a nerve to tell me that I was confused!!! I stopped going there after that Incident. Fast forward two years later, I decided to go this past weekend because the place I usually went was packed. I said I would give them another chance. I got sns nails and told them I heard a lot about sns nails. This was my first time ever getting them. I show a tech a picture of what I wanted. The price for sns nails on the board was $30. When I got my receipt after swiping my card it said $45. They are still over charging and my nails are not what I wanted them to look like after showing the tech a pic of what I wanted. So no NEVER AGAIN!!!! I would rather wait 1 hour at another salon that come back to this place again.
