I was excited to visit Nail Queen due to the great reviews I saw online. However, my experience was disappointing. Initially, a woman started my nail prep, but she was quite aggressive. I was then transferred to another woman who was very sweet, but she persuaded me to get a more expensive treatment than the one I originally wanted, which I did not appreciate.
They told me the service would take 45 minutes, but it took much longer. The nail design I showed them was done very messily and didn’t resemble the picture. Additionally, the technician ripped off a piece of my skin, which still hurts two days later. To make matters worse, the polish started lifting within a day.
When it was time to pay, the lady refused my tip and demanded a larger one. Although the place was clean, I would not recommend Nail Queen for anything other than simple manicures.

I cane in for a full set, & I was told that the products they use are high end and will last longer. NEEDLESS TO SAY, One day after getting my nails done 2 nails broke & I had to come in to fix. Now 3 more nails have broken and it’s only been 1 week and a half. I was charged $80 because of “how good the products are” . Don’t waste your time or money. She also took 2 and half hours to do my nails. & not to mention while I was sitting there she referred to one of her clients “the Spanish girl” I read in one of the reviews how an African American got turned away from service, they are racially profiling their clients. It no surprise, they are located in a predominantly Jewish community. If you’re Hispanic or of color , take your buisness elsewhere

VISIT UPDATE - Jean is great. I get the UV gel manicure which is long lasting. She takes her time and makes sure I am happy. The owner, Kim, always makes sure i leave with a smile on my face!
Clean and renovated salon. New massage chairs. I get uv gel French. Perfect and long lasting. Pedicures are great as well as waxing. Warm and friendly environment
