Went here last minute after my usual nail place had a long wait. I waited for maybe 10-15 minutes and they got me in the chair for a pedicure. The service itself was great. I got there at the end of the day and it was quiet even with the few customers that were still there. The lady (Vicky?) was nice and paid good attention to what she was doing and made corrections before I even had the chance to point anything out. Very good. Overall I liked the service. Will definitely come back for a fill in.
The location itself could use some detail cleaning. Nail polish testing all over the waiting area. It looks like it was mainly customers doing but nonetheless it wasn’t great to the eye but not a deal breaker at all. A quick paint job/removal of spilled polish will do the trick.

I’ve been going to Quern Nails for a couple months now. And by far it’s the best place between Oak Forest and Midlothian. Nice Employees & well respected service.

It’s been a long while I been there .
They are so nice , I went for a pedicure and she massage my legs and feet OMG it felt so good .

Paid 95 dollars for a no chip on my hands and feet with chrome. Within 4 days my nails were chipping and one broke. Went back and was told that what I was given wasn’t actually chrome. Now after a full week of having my nails done, both my hands and feet are chipping. This is DEFINITELY NOT a no chip. They just used the LED light to dry my nails faster. Not to mention, they don’t line the foot tubs with plastic as sanitary precaution. Won’t be returning. A true waste of 95 dollars.

Worst Service I’ve ever had, rushed job! I will never go back. Charged me $60 for a fill in and polish change. Ridiculous in pricing and work quality is terrible. The woman there painted the middle of my nail only the sides are still visible white. I told her no cut down she still cut my nails down. I will never go back to this place and I advise you not to either!
