I hate to put down a local business but I feel compelled to say that this one is not doing it’s duty in the aesthetics industry. This place is grimy- not a relaxing environment. The nail tech was nice enough but the environment trumps everything. Every salon and restaurant had ample opportunity in the past year to deep clean their establishments. The chairs, desks, gel lights, gel color samples, acrylic sneeze guards EVERYTHING has a drippy or greasy appearance. Not a good look in a pandemic. The carpet is dingy and stained and the towels they use are for auto detailing and not meant for the skin. Make an appointment at the place near ArtX- that’s where I’ll be next time.

Place is not well kept. Instruments are dirty and service is poor. I had to ask for lotion. I accidentally chipped a nail and the lady said I should have gotten gel. I did not get gel because the gel box was disgusting and old.
She then asked for a tip, which I still gave. Will not be coming back.

Really had a great experience here. Everyone is friendly. Mai did a wonderful job and they reasonably priced. Will be going back.

The workers were very nice. My feet and hands feel good. I appreciated how careful the lady was with my feet since one of my ankles is injured. I will be coming back here again.

I went here back in June to get a so called full set and “pedicure” before I headed off to my birthday trip to Vegas & when I say these were the worst nails I had EVER gotten done in my life! I have worn nails for over 15 years and these were simply terrible. My acrylic was so sloppy, so uneven, & thin. My cuticles were basically not even touched. The white paint I got on both hands & feet was completely a mess, very cheap polish! I did not have time to go anywhere else & was extremely disappointed. The very next day both index fingers broke in the same exact spot. By the time I got back from my trip of only 5 days I had maybe 2 nails remaining. It looked as if I had been in a fight! My feet were half done with a bunch of dry skin left on my heels and the polish job was just awful. I did not catch the nail techs name but she needs to stop doing people’s nails immediately, I paid $70 & felt completely ripped off & upset. I would not recommend.
