I walked into this shop around 2:20pm, shop owner asked if I had an appointment. I didn't. So he said "Sorry, We're closing at 3:30pm and we have a 3:30 appointment to be ready for". This was disappointing because Google says they close at 7pm and so does their door. There is no sign on the door to address the reduced hours. Shop owner spoke as though he would have to turn me away from service because I didn't have an appointment even though the door says "walk-ins welcome". They seemed fully staffed and had only one pedicure chair occupied. The shop needs to at least update their information for customers.
I received a very rushed manicure service that left my cuticle bleeding even after I asked the nail tech to be careful of my dry cuticles and please cut them less. The manicure looked OK, not the best... but I'm more disappointed with the overall experience than a manicure that can be redone.

Typically I don't leave poor reviews but this is the second time for a pedicure in this place and probably won't be giving them another try. Both times I've gone in the middle of the afternoon and only one of other person is in the place, however the people working there seem as though they'd rather be anywhere else. They are not very attentive, not at all interested in doing excellent work as the pedicure each time was mediocre at best. Not offered a drink, not even water, even though they have an entire bar visible in the back. The prices are inline with many other places.
