I cannot speak highly enough about Ms. Tran's patience and ability. I brought my friend with down syndrome and my three year old. Ms. Tran did a great job with both of them

I just called to see how much an acrylic set with gel polish would cost... who ever answered the phone was so very rude and had a very bad attitude. A simple question... I said nervermind I'll spend my money else where.

Went to this place and feel they are not interested in doing nails but wasting others time. The wife prepped my nails but kept drilling too hard and slipping with the drill onto my skin because she was too interested in her movie. Which by the way was inappropriate for a nail salon. Who wants to watch a movie while people are being killed, this visit should be peaceful.
The husband I presume did a decent finish job but I prayed I didn't catch anything as the tools and his entire work station seemed suspect.
Will not return!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came here with a friend and our daughters, and let the tech know which services we were hoping to get, but she didn’t tell us that she was the only person working that day, and began my friend’s nails. She did not trim our cuticles, evenly file the ends of our nails, or polish them evenly.
By the time my friend’s gel-polished nails were dry, it had been 2 FULL HOURS, our daughters had not been seen yet, and I still had no polish on my nails (she prepped my friend first and asked that she sit with her hands under the UV light for a ridiculously long amount of time while she prepped mine, then vice versa). We ultimately left without my nails being completed, and without our daughters getting any services at all. Later that night, my friend’s gel polish began to peel and roll up on her nails, because it was so thick and poorly applied.
This was easily the WORST nail salon I have ever been to, and the worst experience at one. I have no idea how this salon could have 4 stars.
