I've tried to like this place but I just can't. I have visited a total of two times and don't think I will be going back. As nice as the people are, I'm really disappointed with their work. Both times I disliked the paint job for my nails. Additionally, it seems like only one person can do the acrylic nails so I ended up having to wait around for a while even though I arrived prior to other people who were helped before me. That wasn't cool.

I went in there the other day and showed a design. when i asked if they could do it they said absolutely yes! when it came time to do it however, they acted like it was a big deal even though i was paying extra and they said yhey could. Asked for a third coat of gel because you could see my nails through the color and they said no. My nails are cut crooked and my son could have done a better job on the design. Never going back again. So rude.

I came in the day before the 4th of july. And it was in the evening. I felt rushed and i wasn't happy with what i got for what i paid for. The store still had 2hours before colseing time.

Worst experience I've ever had!!! I called for an appt. She scheduled me for 6:30, it was last minute for a job interview I had. I showed the lady an image how I wanted them she just kind of brushed it off and I was finished after closing time and they looked horrible after I was finished I was very unhappy they were crooked and nothing like I pictured them I came in the next day to see if she would redo them. She said she would take care of me after she finished with her client so I waited and when she was done she walked up to me and said u want them off to fix it i said yea she walked away came back shoved my money I paid yesterday into my purse grabbed my hand and clipped all my nails off they looked all jagged after and told me you leave now go home I was livid but kept calm and just left. I'm not one to write a review ever but I've never felt or been treated this way when it comes to customer service it was very disrespectful and unprofessional

Really nice service the people here are great and very patient.. 100% recommend this place great job
