We've seen this place and always thought the rent was out of our range but after months of poor management at another rental property we decided to check into it with a tour of an apartment. During tour we ran into a long time resident of 9 yrs and she loved the place so we discussed the rent and date of move in with management. After we moved in 6 months ago, we were loving the place for a month, that's when we started having problems. The laundry room started flooding once in awhile when using washer,not every time mostly after it rains, then the dishwasher started leaking when used every time. Maintenance looked at laundry and blamed the washer and checked dishwasher a month later and said seal on door and pump needs to be replaced, here it is July and no work done to dishwasher. In the meantime we were having trouble with toilet, he came to check it and said need to exchange the toilet. No new toilet either, NOW we are having trouble with roaches, had them spray apartment and less than a month later more roaches, this time had them spray our place AND the neighbors. Seeing less roaches, so we have been fogging the unit. Talked to residents and some of them were having flood problems and few were having roach problems. The hallways in front of apts are always stained, one hallway had dog feces on it because someone was too lazy to cleanup after their pet, the pool is closed and the fishing pond is nasty also. The staff (LOL) is slow on repairs and claim the repair funds are low, have 2 maintenance people and cannot afford a third, elevators are slow and dirty and sometimes breaks down, OH and they decided to raise everyones rent, even during the lease......FOR WHAT??? We cannot get repairs done, place is dirty 80% of the time!!! Okay, I need to stop ranting, YES, we are thinking of moving (AGAIN!) but really cannot afford to move so we are kind of stuck in the middle......OH and the water has been off for hours and all staff has left and their emergency line acknowledges the situation but no one is working on it.

My wife's grandmother lives here. She loves it. The activities they have for seniors are great. Well maintained property.

Over 10 years ago, I drove by and was really impressed by these beautiful apartments. My daughter and l really expected the monthly payments to be very expensive. When the price was quoted,it was hard to believe. I didn't waste any time moving in. There are lots of activities,fishing pond swimming pool, and the sweetest people here. I plan on living here from now on. I am happy here.
