I have gotten my nails done all over the United States, and Happy nails is the most consistent, the best quality, that I have found, and I am very thankful they are in my hometown. Yes you will wait a while. And yes, they will take appointments ahead of you if someone has made one. That is life.

Depends on who it is doing nails some are nice and some are not. Great manicures but no one seems to know how to do designs...It's also best to make appointments otherwise you'll waste your whole day. I only go there when there are no other options. Acrylic nail fill in and gel polish cost $35 dollars!! Seems that they include tip into price but they also want an extra side tip. I do not tip because of this reason and you can tell they are displeased, Oh well!!

I went here maybe once or twice. I had to wait seemed like all day. When I got there 4 or 5 people walked in after me and they tell me they had appointments and took them before me even though I sat there for hours.. I absolutely love and adore kids. There kids ran around screaming the whole time I was there and nothing was ever said to them. Then when I was getting my nails done they broke open skin and I was bleeding from every other nail. Then a few days later every nail was chipped or popping off. I went somewhere else to get them fixed... They don't listen to you on what you want at all. I will never ever go here any more!

I think it depends on who you get doing your nails. I had a great time and am happy with my nails. However they’re a little confusing about appointments and have a little trouble keeping up with the client volume.

I will Never go to this place again. I have gone a few other times and it was fine. My last experience still has me so mad! The guy who was doing my nails never spoke to me and hurt me never said sorry. I then asked if he could please put 3 coates of polish on. He said "why?" I explained I'm hard on my nails and it helps keep them longer. He said no they don't do that. I explained I had it done all the other times and I will pay extra. He said no we don't do that. He was horrible! I have never been treated so rudely in a salon before! If there was an option to give it no stars I would have! I will never step foot in this place again.
