I have had acrylics on and off for 15 years. I went to lovely’s because it seemed like a good location. WOW!!! I have never had my nails hurt with this throbbing pain before. I desperately want to rip them off. I asked when she put the tips on that they seemed wide and she said it was my nail bed. Nope it’s not cause now my nails feel like they are going pop off from the pressure. They turned on a movie so where distracted the whole time I ended up being there almost 2 hours. Save your time and money.

I came back after my vacation to explain politely to 1 lady that my shellac manicure only lasted about a week but I was on vacation in Bahamas for 2 weeks so couldn't show them right away. I wasn't asking for a refund or for them to fix it right there and all the sudden 3 of them started yelling at me in front of another customer saying that I can't go there after 2 weeks and I told them that I couldn't make it back to show them since I was away and all they said is that "I don't know what you were doing that messed up your nails!" I didn't even do any dishes or anything doing my vacation. They just keep saying that no one else ever complained. I didn't like the way I was treated so I will never go back. I only went there because it's very close to my house and I was running out of time before my vacation eventhough I read some bad reviews about that place.

When I walked in I mentioned to the lady doing my nails that my fingers were sore from the last time, due to how thin they made them the last time. This woman acted like there were 5 people in line, breathing down her neck while I was the ONLY customer in there at the moment. She rushed (there was glue and acrylic everywhere that had to be removed rather than just being careful she did not get it on me to begin with), she was WAY too rough (burning my fingers repeatedly with the sander, stabbing me with the metal attachment that gets the gunk from under your nails, and FILING MY FINGERTIPS along with the nail!) My hands are INCREDIBLY sore and the tips of my fingers feel raw and it is painful to even type. I am VERY disappointed!!
