I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. I’ve brought my dog two times to these people and twice they did not do a good job. The first time they did not do a good job they offered me a complimentary service and I told them I didn’t want anything free, I rather pay if needed to get my dog a good cleaning. The second time they also did not clean him well, and they again offered me a complimentary service. I agreed to take the my dog a third time, and when I arrived they told me I was late and that if I wasn’t happy to go somewhere else. I’m extremely disappointed with their customer service and would never refer them to anyone. Very unprofessional staff and you can tell they clearly don’t care about their job (& dogs).

Friendly staff they do a pretty good job they’re just not consistent. Their pricing is good so really my only complaint is they’re just not consistent.

They did an awesome grooming on my little dog. I will be a regular customer there. The ladies were so sweet.

Great and friendly clean as well I do give them 5 stars my dog had a great day on her birthday!
