I was here for vacation and and found this place. A hidden gem. I really like the lady who did my pedicure. She massaged my legs for a long time (great relaxer) and cleaned up my feet. Next time I come back, I’ll be here.

They said it was a certain price but looking at my bank account it appears I was charged different amount. Then when I went home and realized something was off with the way I was charged. I reax the reviews so....
I went back told the owner other reviews show people are having same issues. we talked and the owner genuinely doesnt seem to know what is happening with the cards.
He was accomidating...
He hopes others will talk to him rather then not say anything.
He cares about making customers happy and for that I will give my business... cash only though lol.

The worst nail salon I have EVER been too! My nails look horrible. they double swiped my card n acted confused talking about only one went thru but the bank says otherwise lord just go to another salon! I wish I couldn't even give them a star. Not to mention I get my nails done regularly so when I go to this place it burns so bad .... Never again!

The only reason I went here was because I found out the regular salon I go to was closed for a month for vacation. Well, I am sorry I did. This place...is awful. I came for a gel fill, and I am quite sure the only words the woman spoke to me the entire time was "go pick a color". It had been a few weeks since my last fill, so the old polish had to be removed pretty well. Instead of putting foils on my nails with remover like it's typically done, she stuck my hands in a bowl of remover and then began to roughly scrap, file and kill my nails to get the gel off. Not pleasant to say the least. A few of my nails broke so they were really short and it was just painful how she went about getting the polish off. I came here to relax after a long day, and it was nothing but relaxing. The dryers were dirty, and she moved my phone and purse directly on the towl she was filing my nails on, so all the filings got on my brand new phone which didn't seem to phase her at all.
Upon paying, I used a debit card and from what I could understand, there was an issue with their paper on the machine so she charged my card twice (or so she thought)..so at first she told me to check my bank account and to come back if they did charge it twice which made me feel a little uneasy..but then all of a sudden she KNEW it charged it twice and therefore gave me a 20 dollar bill to repay me right then and there. She then took down my name and number because she "felt bad, and in case something else happens" What else is going to happen? Did you charge it 3 times? Needless to say, the next part of my day will be spent checking my bank account.
Just really disappointed, this place is literally within walking distance from my house, but I guess I can't go back. Makes you appreciate my regular salon so much, Happy Nails on Main St in Manchester. GO THERE. BEST PLACE EVER.
