Good vibes. Good people. Beautiful environment. Gives me LA/NYC vibes. Prices are reasonable. Service is good. The little brown girl that is always there, Alyssa, is very friendly and helpful. Love her. 10/10 would recommend.

The new owner is going to lose a lot of customers. Not the same nail loft. New name is "cuteicles" but not cute at all. Vibe is very stressful now, crazy cramped, no more open loft feel. Not to mention my sister was 4 minutes late to her appointment after 3 years of always being an on time loyal customer and they kicked us out! Unbelieveable. Not worth the price. We went across the street and had better gel manicures than at this going downhill place

This place is absolutely ridiculous. While they do an amazing job in terms of nails and the salon itself is beautiful, the customer service factor is literally at a 0. They are very rude and don't keep track of appointments at all. Twice, I made an appointment to get a manicure and the first time I was told that they did not have any technicians that would be able to do a design I requested that they had posted on their own Instagram page by one of their own technicians. The receptionist told me that I should book the actual technician who did the design and she would definitely be able to do it for me. I understood and did exactly that. I booked the appointment with the particular nail tech a week in advance. When I got there, the receptionist didn't even look for my appointment in the system and told me to pick my color and sit with a random nail technician. When I asked for the design, she told me she could not do it. The particular technician who actually did the design originally refused to take me although I booked the appointment with her. She said she was going home, put her coat on and walked away from me. I would also like to mention that although I came to my appointment on time, the nail technician who was supposed to do my nails was actually doing the nails of the receptionist instead before she got up to go home. I don't think that I have every seen more unprofessional customer service. As a manager of a local business in downtown Jersey City, I'm disgusted by this kind of service. Very sad because I was super excited to actually try this place. I never write reviews but honestly I was treated so rudely I had to.

I will never forget how this place treated me last year. Left with my nails half done because the tech's ride was outside, they wanted me to come the next day to finish because they assume people don't have plans ( I had a wedding to go to the next morning). Fortunately, I decided to go somewhere else to finish them. They are rude and the owner's wife lied to me told me they would fix my nails for free. When I arrived she lied right to my face saying she never said free. BULLSH*T- you took my money, and never finished my nails, never held up your promise, and then tried to charge me to finish them without even offering the free work which was promised. When I finally did go back I was stuck there for almost 4 hours getting my nails done. The tech was very nice, and she took her time to make sure my nails were done perfect. I will never return customer service is HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN..
