Going in I wasn’t expecting great service due to the poor reviews. However upon going in I was only greeted by hard working individuals who cared for me and my nails. I was curious as to why there were so many negative reviews with what seemed to be polar opposite experiences to mine. Turns out a lot of these reviews are faked/from competing nail salons. If you ever want to have a fine experience getting you nails done and look even better id recommend this place a thousand times over.

I never review places, but this was horrible. My acrylics chipped after 3 days, as did my friends. Luckily I went back and a woman redid them for free. She was very sweet... the only good thing I have to say. However, recently when I went to get them removed completely, I walked in and a “gentleman” working thought it was professional to tell me how “fine” I was. Then, instead of soaking my nails in acetone like the woman did, a man took an acrylic nail from his box and just ripped my nails off. 2 of my nails ripped into my nail beds and started bleeding. Additionally, all of the employees sat on their phones and one was sleeping on the couch!! Hopefully no one has the same experience I did... never going back.

I do NOT recommend this place! Went in for a pedicure. My nails looked like a 2yr old painted them. She totally missed the sides of my nails and showed the gentleman that did my daughters nails and he did attempt to fix it. By the time I got home 2 of the nails were rubbed off completely!!! I wish I would’ve looked at reviews prior to going here. We only went here because we were already in the mall!!

Very unprofessional. One worker was sleeping on the couch, they all video chat on their phones, not asking one question or speaking to you at all. I came in, showed him a picture of how I wanted to do my nails. He tried to push me to do something that was quite a bit more expensive, and told me what I wanted was “BORING.” I had on red nail polish before getting my nails put on, he left a significant amount on almost every finger, I went for a lighter gel polish, so now you can see my old polish still showing through. I asked him to fix things several times, and every time, seemed like I made him mad for saying anything!!
My current state: sitting on my couch, filing off the “gel” polish, making them even..$50 down the drain. I recommend the new place across the street next to caribou coffee!! They do a great job and are friendly there.
