Awesome customer service! I was looking for a travel sized hand lotion and was quickly helped by the woman at the register. I typically wouldn’t spend $15 on hand cream but I wanted to support local! Thanks again.

Discrimination on Juneteenth! I signed up for services and was told there was 1 person ahead of me. I went back by about 30 minutes later, and the place was full of women getting services. None were Black. I was told there was 1 person ahead of me. The final time I stopped, I saw all the chairs full. I took this photo of their sign, and 5 minutes later I got a voicemail from a Shanda saying they were ready for my services, but that it was probably too close to my flight time and "maybe next time". I will be connecting with my friends at the Justice Department to report this unfortunate treatment.

Do not recognize customers or even greet you when you walk into the store, I waited for over 15 mins before someone even asked my sister If she needed anything but they ignored me completely. I don't feel comfortable getting a massage or service from companies who don't even speak to you. I am very disappointed.

My flight was delayed and I really needed a massage. Brittany and Bri were super helpful and nice. I’m originally from California so I really felt the southern hospitality. I got the massage- scalp, feet, and hands. It was money super well spent. Thank you for the girls who made me feel welcome in Nashville!

I walked into this establishment on 6/23/24 @ approximately 5:00 p.m. l was so excited to see what they had to offer. Walked up to the counter just to check out the prices, etc... l was in the store for a good 10 min with my family. Tell me why not one person said hello to our family, Try saying these words, may l help you, l will be there to help you in a minute, no smile, no acknowledgment. I really was intrigued and wanted more information about the massages, oils, and different types of therapeutic products. I want this store to remember that customer service skills are #1 and very important. Acknowledge the customers that will make them feel that you're ready to help them and happy to have them in your store. If you're busy with another customer, at least take that quick second with eye contact and say something. That would've made my family and I feel welcome. We definitely would've made transactions and bought a lot of products, including a massage, if we felt comfortable in the beginning. The moral of the story. Quality customer service is #1 . Great store, though.
