City prices with out the city services! Went there on my lunch break from the office and the lady told me she would take care of me in 10 min. They treat you depending on the color of your skin I noticed. I asked for a filling and the first thing out the lady's mouth was It's $35. Okay there is a huge sign that says that on it's $35. I told her that's wasn't a problem. I guess because I am Hispanic she had to make sure I knew the price. I was the only client she did that too. I waited 30 and she finally tells me no one was available to do my nails. Very unfortunate for them because I am an amazing tipper. I will never go back there again.

I brought my co worker by saying it's a great place and they bleed her while doing wax. And I'm feeling ashamed because I took her!
So I changed the rate from 5 to 2.

Easily the worst and most expensive manicure I've ever gotten. I went in and asked for acrylic tips and they had no idea what I was talking about - which seemed really weird to me. We went back and forth for about 5 mins and then once they finally understood, they told me it would be $76!!!!!! I've NEVER paid more than $40 for tips so I was a bit flabbergasted, but assumed that it had to do with it being in Brooklyn Heights. So not wanting to have to search for another place, I gave in.
After TWO HOURS they finally finished my right hand, which turned out god-awful. I could have done better myself with store bought nails. By the time they got halfway through my second hand I was so frustrated and antsy that I told them to forget it and that I would finish it myself.
It's been a week since I got them done and 3 of the nails have broken off without me even noticing until after-the-fact.
This place should be shut down. Horrible horrible horrible.

Horrible place to go! I will NEVER go there again. They charger me 60 bucks for a damn mani and pedi. I thought bc it's Brooklyn heights and it's super pricy in NYC now that I just paid it. But be aware they are some shady ass people and if u value just good old fashioned mani and pedi for under 40 bucks don't go here. She took a ten buck tip which wasn't included. Like other customers said they sneak extra fees in ur bill. Sometimes getting my stuff done in east new york, crown heights or Brownsville Brooklyn pays! NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN!
