The only reason I gave this place 1 star is b/c it's convenient to my son school. Other than that, it's so not worth it. They wanted $18 for a manicure. I can go to Salon Vision on Roosevelt & State for $12 or $14. The chairs looked very worn. The place should not have the audacity to charge that much...smh. Once I read the price on the list & the staff verified, I quickly turned around & left.

My visit to this salon was not so great. I was a first time customer and thought my decision to come in would have kept me from driving over 10 miles to a salon south of the city. The first problem was with communicating what I needed. A very simple service: manicure & pedicure. The salon was empty except for one other client but I wound up waiting in the spa chair for over 30 minutes. When the nail tech came over to give my my service it was nothing special, no chit-chat, no eye contact, no smiling, no personality, nothing. I operated the spa chair myself. I requested a French pedicure which was done slowly but well...nothing significant. I do not use acrylic products so I figured my manicure would be very simple. It was. Dishwashing liquid or some simalar soap in a dish to soak my nails, cuticle oil and clear polish. $43.00!!!!! I gave a $2.00 tip and "good evening" and vowed never to go back. The shop was cluttered, unorganized and one of the ladies was a chain smoker and she smelled. I don't usually rate places but this exeperience left me so sore I figured I'd better let others know. If you frequent the salon & its working for you, fine. But for newbies...drive the few extra miles to a place thats affordable, appreciates your business & charges reasonably. Nail Station on Cermak sucks big time!!!!!!

THIS SHOP SUCKSSSSS THEY TAKE TO LONG A DO A VERY POOR JOB I GOT MY NAILS DONE THURSDAY AND TWO OF MY NAILS BROKE ON MONDAY.! IM GOING UP THERE TODAY AND GET THEM REPLACED.! AND THEY ARE GOING TO REPLACE THEM.!I PAID $36 FOR THIS.!

They take too long, I figure I go on lunch. For a change in polish. I was there the full one hr. Omg!
