When you make an appointment, there is no attempt whatsoever to look at an actual scheduling book. They just say yes. Unacceptable when you are coming on a lunch break and have to be in and out.

HORRIBLE PLACE. 1 - Saw the "manager" going trought a client's wallet looking for receipt witout the clients permit, she went off on the manager. 2- 3 ladies came in for full set of nails and said to come back in hr. once out they call to set appointment and the nail tech went out to yell at them since he saw them on the phone. 3- the manager nearly speak no English, soo sorry i felt so bad, I couldn't understand a thing and her demeanor was rude. 4 - Another client asked how long the wait .. Manager said " no to long" in a rude way.. the poor client look at us looking for some support ans asked us -" what does that even mean?"-
