Wonderful nail spot. Free tea or mimosa, everyone is super friendly, and there is ways something fun to watch on TV. Plus, I really like how my nails look and they have the less toxic gel polish available. One star off because the prices are a bit high, even for SF. Gel mani and regular pedi can cost $60-80 depending on how much you tip. I've been to other places where the same amount would get you more of a premium service or add ons or something.

Came in for a gel mani & pedi last minute. They took me right away. Everything was very clean & so relaxing! Also, great work! Thank you!

I’m really surprised this place has such high reviews. 2 stars because the women who worked there were incredibly nice. However, the manicure ewas really overpriced ($20). They cut my pinkies because they buffed them instead of my nail (I needed a bandaid) and did a really shoddy job painting my nails. I had to ask her to redo both thumbs and realized the pointer finger was messed up when I got home. The short massage was so painful she turned both my arms red. Also, this place is more designed for pedicures than manicures. There is not even a table at the manicure station.

I think I have found my new spot for Mani/pedis. I have been working so much lately that I have not been able to get a Mani/pedi and I was looking so bad in the foot and hand area.......the two ladies I had working on me turned it all around. It was relaxing and they did a great job. I will be there again!!!!

The end product is always good and their gel manicures often last for weeks! Bonus: they are always playing Great British Bake Off.
However, the reason this a 3 star place for me is because they don't remove gel polish properly. Twice now I've been there for gel manicure and removal and they've only let the acetone sit for maybe a minute. This doesn't allow the gel polish to break down adequately and ruins your nails as the polish is scraped off.
If the management is reading this, please have your technicians wait at least 5 minutes for the acetone to break up the gel polish before it is scraped off. Otherwise you'll ruin your client's nails.
