Walked in today requesting a couple nail repairs and gel color. I was ushered to a woman on the phone. She did not acknowledge me at all. No smile, no hello, no nothing. She starts to remove some of the left over acrylic on my pinky nail and sends me through the roof. I have had good nail people and bad. I know all they do and it should be pain free. I refuse to sit and be tortured waiting for the next rip, clip, or burn. Told her we are done and I got up and left. All the time she never put the phone down. So so rude.

The service at this salon is terrible. I went in for a manicure, fill, and color change on my acrylic and received a rush job. I was serviced with one technician and five minutes later I was then placed w another named Nina. From the very beginning she was not friendly, approached me with an attitude. She sighed, huffed and puffed at my request. She refused to shape my nails the way I asked. Her attempts to accommodate me were non-chanlant. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was left with lumpy nails, and polish on the sides of my fingers. I used to go to this salon because I live in the harbor. After this experience I will never return.

My wife and I went in together for a spa day. We both got pedicures, within a day and a half later my wife got an infection. She also asked for her hair to be trimmed and the woman cut off more than 4 inches. My wife enjoyed the massage however I did not. We will not return.

Very Nice. The Spa hands and feet are well worth the price

It is neat and clean. My gel nails were on point and the staff was friendly. Definitely returning again but next time for waxing. Only thing is that our nails were not shaved down to the same size and were not shaved straight across...they were a little sideways if that makes any sense. My husband and I got our nails done together and we were both in an out within an hour
