The absolute worse pedicure I ever got. Mimi tried to boil my feet. I kept saying more cold and had to remove my feet for her to understand. She clipped my big toenails down the SIDES to the middle of the nail! UGLY shape and perfect for giving me an ingrown toenail. I went home and cut the nails down to help prevent this and help make them look better. It will take weeks for this to grow out. She did this to some of my small toes too. Polish left on my skin even after she cleaned around my toe nails with her BARE fingernails. She didn't wear gloves. The skin around some of my toes were red and irritated. I went home and cleaned all my toes with Hibiclens. My cuticles were not removed well. She didn't clip the hard skin around my toes. She applied one coat of polish and the top coat so quickly and my polish was dull. The whole pedicure seemed rushed and everything about it was horrible. I would give zero stars if I could. Owners don't care about fixing things. Of course, you can't do much after someone cuts your toe nails poorly.

Didn't have the color I wanted, which was fine. I settled for black. However, she used dark blue. Fine, nbd. But when I left, I noticed the gel was thick and wavy, not applied neatly at all. Some parts of my nails were missing gel entirely. I wish I spoke up about it and asked to have it fixed. Wasn't impressed with this place at all. I go to Spa #1 nails now in garrison forest plaza.

I got a gel manicure by Twee and she did a great job. It only took her about 25 minutes and they were perfect, with the shape I requested as well. There was a great selection of colors and the salon was clean and nice.
As a side note, an incredibly rude and classless woman came in 15 minutes before closing asking for a full set and pedicure...which clearly isn’t possible. Nevertheless, the staff were very nice and told her they could do a gel manicure for her before closing. The customer then started using racial slurs on the phone and making up stories to her friend that the salon staff tried to have the police escort her out (not true at all). So I just wanted to give the employees credit for being so professional. All the other customers seemed like very friendly and nice regulars, so I’m sure these instances are rare. The nail technicians are very welcoming and kind.

This place do amazing nail work. They always have nail polish in stock,they pretty much have every color you looking for. They're up to date with the latest style,polish finish, etc. Only negative i have they are really pricey and if your claustrophobic you might have a tad bit of a problem,Considering they can be busy and crowded. Other than that I would recommend this place

I would give them -10 if I could!!! Worst experience ever getting my nails done. First off they are very expensive, they kept adding more charges as they were doing my nails, two color $5, long $5, thick acrylic $10, coffin shape $10, omg it was ridiculous!!! The lady was sooo inexperienced, she had one nail crooked, she had to redo it, they arent shaped right, the acrylic is uneven, and sooo much more!!! I am soo pissed honestly, they tried to charge me $70 for a full set of crappy looking nails!!! DO NOT go there!!!
