I will never go there again it was so bad I didn't pay . It was a big wast of my time !

I stopped into this nail salon for the first time for a fill and polish change on my toes. I arrived not too long after they opened. There was only one technician there and she was assisting another lady. I asked how long it would be and she said 5 minutes. There was a gentleman whom arrived 30 minutes later and he didn't start on my nails until almost an hour later. I told him I wanted a solar fill with pink and white and it was apparent that he didn't like to do solar. He made several comments about how long it takes to do solar and how he hasn't done it in 10 years. He told me it would be $45 to do solar as if I would change my mind and get something else. I had requested if he could leave the powder thick because my nails break easily and he replied "No, they will never break." He was very rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate about what I had requested. It took him over 2 hours to do my nails and by the time I was finished I didn't have time to get my toes done. The overall shape was not like the picture I had showed him. Terrible customer service. If you don't want to do solar nails you shouldn't advertise for it.

This was the worst gel manicure I have ever had from any nail salon. The color was splotchy and uneven and looked nothing like the one I picked. Instead of the light shimmer I chose, she layered my nails in hideous chunky glitter polish. Three of my nails broke the day after, because they were so thin from how she filed them down. The gel peeled off after not even a week. Don't waste your money. There are plenty of great nail salons in the city. This isn't one of them.
