The first time I ever tanned here was back in 1999 when there was still a video store attached. I have been a repeat customer ever since. I have patronized most of the salons in Fayetteville/Hope Mills , and this one is by far the best. Don't let looks be deceiving, I know this from actually working in the industry for a short stint , the type of beds have little to do with the power. The bulbs are the key , and Tiger buys premium bulbs. If you visit another salon and then switch to Tiger the results will astound you. Also the prices are truly unbeatable. Even if you go twice and pay for a month , you haven't lost much. If you like "pretty " tanning beds with lots of overhead , but poor results , don't go here. If you are like me and are interested in the bottom line , then Tiger is by far the best. Best results. Best price. Also the new owners are very friendly and the remodeling is looking good.

Tiger tanning is under new management as of April 1st, 2016. What an improvement!!!! The atmosphere and customer service is outstanding!! I'm VERY impressed and in just these few days all beds have been serviced with new bulbs. If you're looking for a great place to tan, Tiger Tanning is the place to go! The new owner is wonderful!! LOVE, LOVE LOVE this place now!!!!!

I purchased a tanning package from this business, and I can vouch that the beds are clean and nice. HOWEVER, they do not know the value of customer service. The front desk lady is rude and misleading. I was under the impression that I was buying the basic package, and next thing I know, I am being charged $59.99 instead for a package I did not want. When I asked her to take it off, she told me that she did not know how to do that, as only her manager could do that. I asked to see her manager, and she said that she would not be in that day, so I was forced to take the package. From my discussion with her, I thought that this package gave me 30 tans in any bed, but to my surprise I went in today to find that my package had expired after I had only used TWO TANS at 7 and 12 minutes apiece!!! OBVIOUSLY, I did not know that the package was a tan per day. In fact, before I bought the package, I had a discussion with the lady about how nice it is that if you miss a day, you don't lose a tan. I went on to tell her that that is the exact reason that I switch tanning places the last time! So, why did she not correct me then??? When I went in for my third tan, the front desk lady wouldn't let me because my skin still turned white a little when she touched it (a little sunburn I got days prior from being out in the sun). I mean, I appreciate her trying to look out for my skin, but I would think that that would be my judgment call--not hers. The front desk lady was defensive and curt when I asked for a refund of some sort. I asked to speak to her manager, and once again I was told that she would not be in. I requested that the manager call me whenever she has a chance. On my way home, I received a call from the front desk lady offering me 50% off my next package. It would have been nice for the manager to make time and care enough to call me herself. I have worked in customer service myself for years, and I have heard unreasonable complaints and dealt with people that have gotten hotheaded and nasty unnecessarily. I feel that I have good reason to make a fuss over this (I mean, $30 a tan? come on), and I confronted the desk lady as politely as I could. This is the first time that I have ever written a review of a place, which goes to show just how cheated and taken advantage of I feel. I'm not going to just brush this off as a bad experience. I will not be back, and I will make your reputation known to all of my friends. Maybe next time you will put customers over profit, because that is good business.

Wonderful experience today at Tiger Tanning! Friendly and helpful staff, clean beds and great prices! My new tanning place!
