I HATE this place first time I went the lady was very rude she did my nails ugly and I told her to fix them and she said no I tried giving second chance so I went again and once I walked in she was very rude so I walked out, Never Again!!!

Very bad place! I suggest to never go here. Very rude and unprofessional. The guy Larry was even getting violent and crazy with me and i had to call the cops on him because he almost punched me. I didn't like his service and told him i would come back to get it fixed with someone else because it was already real late also and he got crazy got in my face started screaming tried to break my nails off and almost punched me. The nails looked like they need fills already. They're a huge mess. You cant see the lumps very well on the pictures but theres so many. Ive never seen such horrible mess. Save yourself the bs and don't go here.

At first sight this place looks amazing. The customer service is lacking. They don't listen or care what the customer wants, they don't care for your nails health. I used to go here for the Jo-kel organic dipping powder only to have techs not know how to use it. They still use UV lights to dry their topcoat. The whole thing about Jo-Kel is that it doesn't need to use UV! I had a tech, Amy, use Kiara Sky (not organic) the whole time as I'm trying to tell her she's using the wrong dipping powder. She tells me, "You don't worry, honey. This organic." Well let me tell you there is plenty to worry about when your tech is bold faced lying to you. Topline Nails is way overpriced considering their lack of knowledgeable techs, cold customer service, and for nails that break within a couple days (I do have tips put on as well). Don't waste your money or your sanity by going here.

Very bad customer service!! Owner is rude and ghetto.. Not only are they over priced they have bad attitudes. I would not recommend this place at all. I rate this horrible place ever!
