Went for my first appointment this morning with Vickie, was a little hesitant cause of reviews but decided to give it a chance anyway! She did an AMAZING job! Will definitely be going here from now on! Wish I could post her work on here but she did post on Instagram! THANK YOU VICKIE!

Piss poor customer service. Everything is great when you’re spending your money so long as you don’t have any questions. Vicky true character comes out for sure moment you ask any questions specific to pricing or service provided. Argumentative & customers / coworkers will join in as she makes a scene. Incapable of having a level headed conversation. If you have any questions or concerns with service provided she will excuse her employees behavior and speak on the floor with employees ab you. I was called cheap, disrespectful , etc.

Vickie does a good job with shaping acrylics. Santa does a great job with pedicures and overall customer service. Attitudes tend to flare if you have questions, special requests or objections to how your nails look. Wouldn’t choose as a go to for waxing. Good shop overall.

Finally a nail salon I'm pleased with. My nails were shaped well. I've been to several locations in Richmond and was not pleased with my shape(coffin). Go Anna!
