Chi is the best. She always knows how to do my feet and toes right. I’ve actually had made my rounds to different spots in the area, like la beaute on Almeda Genoa, gossip nails, and this place you get your bang for your buck. I always gets get either the deluxe or organic pedicures, and manicures just because they last longer. And open on Sundays! If I had to change anything, it would be the service such as being served a drink, and longer massages.

I was charged 70$ for nails that were more simple than my friends; who has came here before and was charged less than 50$. I told them in the beginning I would be paying for me and my sister in laws but I only have 45$, as to not waste their time I told them before hand my situation. I told them I was paying for both but they insisted they could do our nails and even though I gave them prior knowledge to my current funds I still had to pay 70$ for their mistake. The nails are wonderful but they need to have prices up because this is just absurd. I drove here specifically from Pasadena because of their work yet it was just terrible communication and I feel like i was over priced. Especially for such simple nails that I could have gone somewhere else for and would have gotten charged my 45$ instead!!!

I love Cindy and David they are the only ones I let do my nails....they are modern and know exactly what this generation likes in different nail styles! Love them

I went in asking to remove my false nails and to simply apply gel polish on top of my real nails (I made this verrrrry clear). The rude lady who was working on my nails began to give me a manicure. I expressed to her I didn't want a manicure simply because I didn't have the time or money at the moment. She demanded that I get this $30 manicure. I told her no several times and then asked for the manager, because she said the manager told her I needed a manicure. Remind you I told the manager what I wanted when I walked in as well. They were trying to get more money out of me. I know business was down because of hurricane harvey, but I am definitely not the one to try and get over on. I tried to discuss this with the manager and she again tried to make me get the services that she WANTED me to get. This is not the first time I've dealt with these disrespectful people, but this was the LAST TIME! I paid for them to remove my nails and left. Please do not spend your money here. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Awful service.
