Gave them 1 star just so I can give them a review. Horrible nail salon. Ya know I’ve been getting my nails done for years!! I know some people do bad jobs on acrylic nails. But these people ruined my real nails. I went in and to start bad customer service it’s like they’re bothered to even service you! The lady put on acrylics and my skin was glued to the nails blah blah blah. Well a few weeks later they were hurting so bad due to her over filing my nails so I had another salon remove them. Well sure enough my real nails were rotting pretty much. They explained that they weren’t applied correctly and water got in them and turned my real nails yellow. I mean sooo yellow it was embarrassing bcuz the nail tech recommended I stay away from fake nails for a while until my real nails healed. She said they probably used a produce that contained MMA which is a harsh chemical for nails. Long story short! They suck and I wanted to call and give them a piece of my mind!!!! Suck suck suck suck!!! Stay away! My boyfriend got all the girls pedis and went to pay they tried to add on an additional 45$ and I caught it and she tried to act like it was an accident Drive the extra mile down on blue Diamond and cimarron a salon called serene they do an amazing job!!! And the owner speaks well English and doesn’t speak their language to other employees making you feel like they’re talking bad about you!!! Jean did amazing and she’s forever my nail tech!

Thank you for beautiful work and great service! The pedi chair was so comfy and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely be coming back!

I moved recently and didn't want to make the 30 min drive to my old nail shop. I stopped by for a simple full set and I told her right from the beginning (sharp square and please don't file them too narrow). When she was filing my nails she kept rounding the corners. I kindly reminder her I wanted sharp square a few more times and she kept saying (I will fix it). When she "fixed it" it took me asking why she had rounded the corners when her manager was walking by for a translation of what I was saying.
I asked for gell and I asked her if she was ready for me to wash my hands and she said I didn't need to. I told her if I didn't the gell would be lumpy. She threw her hands up and said go ahead and wash. I washed and the filed again!. She painted over my cuticle and over the sided of my nails. Some nails look wide and some narrow. Worst set I have EVER received. I was kindly advising her as it went along (my nails were uneven and some were longer than others). When I paid (yes, I did pay $35 for the full set gell paint. $0 tip) I kindly looked at her and said I'm so sorry, but I will not be returning. I will be making an appointment with my old nail shop across town.

This is my "go-to" for pedis. It is always clean, the prices are great, and the technicians are super professional.
