I got the special wash and treatment the lady washing my hair never detangled my hair as she washed she washed or conditioned it. After the conditioner asked if i wanted a blow dry or set(rollers) mind you the blow dry is just running the dryer with comb attachment in your hair no round brushes used at all. I got the set she put mousse on my hair, didn't stretch my hair at all once i got from under the dryer my hair was a tangled hard mess.
