I went three 3 weeks ago just to get my clear gel polish removed and to have a fresh coat put back on.first the lady who was removing it didn't have me my nails in the remover long enough.and than they overcharged me they charged me the same price as getting a new gel manicure and I also brought my own gel polish.needless to say I have not been back there since.

Very poor service and communication from staff. Don't know how to do Ombre nails

The salon is full of staff unable to communicate clearly with their clients.
