I went in to get gel nails and my friend wanted a matte color. The matte color wasn't put on correctly we had to wait around two hours and it still wasn't good. As I said I got the gel nails and it's coming off already. I've been coming here for a while I don't understand what happened.

I went inside to get my eyebrows done and they burned my brow bone on both eyes with the wax and now both eyes are red and burned. I am really upset about this
