while my personal experience was good, the woman who worked with my Daughters friend wasn't friendly at all. she barely spoke to her, if only to reprimand her for turning her head. After having been under the ultraviolet light, my Daughter thought her nails were dry so we grabbed a bite to eat and they smudged, thankfully, they redid them for free. I think before I went there again I would try somewhere else.
